New Lease Signed - Keller Williams Realty and KW Commercial to Relocate

Keller Williams Realty and KW Commercial, currently located at 518 Georgia Avenue, Suite 200, Chattanooga, TN 37403, will be relocating to One North Shore on Manufacturers Road. John Jewell, Managing Director of KW Commercial, represented the company in the successful office lease negotiations with the future landlord, ONS Partnership.
The new space is first generation office, consisting of approximately 6,900 SF, and will be built out over the coming months. The decision to relocate was a combination of the need to expand and the desire to achieve more efficient use of space. Look for more information in the near future.
