Rue21 Signs Retail Lease for Fort Oglethorpe Georgia

John Jewell has successfully negotiated a long term, retail lease in the Battlefield Station Wal-Mart anchored shopping Center in Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia. Rue21 is anticipated to open in February of 2010 in a 4,500 SF in-line, retail bay and joins current tenants including GameStop, Dollar Tree, T-Mobile, Hibbett Sports, and others.
Rue21 is a "tween" fashion retailer and strives to offer "Fashion, at a Value." With over 500 locations, Rue21 continues to expand into appropriate locations.
