Lease signed with Edward Jones & Company

John Jewell has successfully negotiated a new office lease with Edward Jones & Company at the Wal-Mart anchored shopping center in Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia known as Battlefield Station. Edward Jones will occupy approximately 1,200 sqaure feet of office space and will likely open in April 2010.
John Jewell represented the Landlord in the lease negotiations.
