Coolidge Park Restaurant Space Leased to Vinny & Joe's Pizzeria

We are proud to announce the execution of a long term lease between the owner of 551 River Street in Chattanooga, TN(former Pisa Pizza space) and the new Tenant, Vinny & Joe's Pizzeria. Vinny & Joe's will prepare the space over the next couple of weeks and is anticipated to open around the beginning of July. Upon opening, we are told they will serve a pizza buffet and have delivery available to the surrounding area.
The space marketed as available for lease had only been vacant for about a month and was represented by John Jewell of KW Commercial in Chattanooga, TN. The 2,100 SF space also includes an outdoor patio which will likely be reused by Vinny & Joe's Pizzeria for outdoor dining.
